Is a computer science master's degree from Columbia University worth the price or should I get an online degree from Udacity?

You frame the question as a deal of Knowledge versus Money.
Knowledge is valuable when you exploit it, bring it into situations where it can benefit you.  Let’s assume simply that the technological knowledge you gain in the three alternatives will be equal.
Money has no intrinsic value, it brings benefits to you only if you spend it.  If you spend it now on a residential college educational experience that will change you as a person,  and you will be a different person for the rest of your life.  You will meet people and I hope gain friends that will change your life, and you should have fun while studying as well.
You can also spend the money to change your life in other ways.  Driving a new Mercedes rather than a used Ford will also cause you to be perceived differently by some people. If that is meaningful to you, then that is a benefit that money can bring.  You may spend money in other ways that you consider beneficial to you.  Having it in a bank or in stocks does very little to you as person and should do little to your peers’ perception of you.
That does not mean you should spend money you don’t have for an education.  The pressures that debts greater than you can manage comfortably generate pressures that will make your life worse.
Your future life is not based on a simple trade off.  Envisage the future person you want to be.
